To support companies hiring contractors on a B2B basis, KR Group designed the B2B Portal - a tool enabling efficient management of data administration for B2B contracts.

What is the B2B Portal?

The B2B Portal is a modern tool that streamlines the processes of handling B2B contracts. It enables the recording, billing and reporting of data regarding cooperation between the company and the contractor (B2B).
The B2B Portal not only benefits internal HR departments, but also any defined group of employees and contractors. Access to an individual account with personal data enhances time and information management.

The B2B portal integrates with external tools to ensure the smooth and automated flow of data within your company - API.

Electronic records

The electronic employee file is a single place with all information about the B2B Contractor and the person responsible for projects.
Thanks to the ability to freely configure the appearance and content, the company is able to access information on the desktop of the B2B Contractor and the person responsible for the project. This enables shorter processing time for multiple requests. This results in more time and energy for employees and a noticeably higher quality of process handling.

Electronic applications

The program facilitates B2B absence management resulting in automation of project work schedules and streamlines the company's application workflow.

 

Functionality of the B2B Portal

Maintaining a database of B2B contracts

The B2B Portal allows you to search for a B2B file, record contracts, grant and limit access / permission to data, grant and monitor days when services are not provided (paid or free).

Structure of the organization

The software allows users to create dashboards for B2B contractors and dashboards for people responsible for a project. Split-type dashboards with similar data scope (ex. personal data, information about days off), i.e. for the contractor and for the person responsible for the project. Preview of acceptance workflow along with application workflow and the ability to set email notifications.

Application workflow

  • Possibility to define request workflow:
    • paid days of non-service (within the limit set by the client).
    • unpaid days of non-service (over the limit set by the client, unpaid sick days).
    • sick days of non-service (partially paid, e.g., 80%).
  • Ability for a B2B contractor to view the total of all paid vacation days accrued by the end of the year and request paid days of non-service.
  • Ability to approve defined requests by the person responsible for the project.

Reports

  • Automatic statements and reports that support analysis.
  • Export of files with a view of B2B records.
  • Upload of Excel files with B2B contract data into Enova - a functionality that is especially important when working with a larger number of contractors.

  • Downloading draft templates of B2B contracts adjusted to the client.
