The meeting can take place in person or online. During the interview process we want to get to know you and your needs, talk about previous work experience and your skills, as well as understand your expectations towards the new workplace.

The interview will be conducted with an HR representative and your future supervisor.

 

3. We share our feedback with you

We respect your time and engagement, that is why we offer feedback to everyone who takes part in the recruitment process.

In the case of some job positions, we may request of you to perform tasks that assess your competencies, and meet with the managerial staff.

Accounting Department Assistant

Place of employment: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Białystok

Main responsibilities:

  • entering accounting documentation into accounting systems
  • preparing basic financial reports
  • support in preparing CIT and VAT declarations
  • operational cooperation with accountants and senior accountants

It would be ideal to possess: 

  • higher education or still studying
  • good knowledge of English
  • theoretical knowledge of tax regulations
  • Nice to have: experience in working at a similar job position (internship, apprenticeship, accounting course or training)
  • willingness to work, engagement; you are communicative and well organised
Accountant

Place of employment: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Białystok

Main responsibilities:

  • full accounting service for companies with foreign capital, especially registering sales and purchase invoices, keeping records of fixed assets/verification, accruals of costs
  • preparing elements for financial statements
  • preparing VAT and CIT declarations
  • preparing reports and listings for Client
  • cooperation with auditors

It would be ideal to possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting
  • practical knowledge of accounting and tax issues
  • good knowledge of English
  • career experience gained at an accounting office
  • very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • you are well organised; independent and responsible
Senior Accountant

Place of employment: Warsaw, Gdańsk, Białystok

Main responsibilities:

  • control and verification of monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT and CIT, and Intrastat, PON, IFT, ORDU, CIT-10Z)
  • pepacation of financial statements, including those for companies subject to obligatory examination, and cooperating with auditors
  • supervision of reporting to GUS and NBP
  • supervision of records of fixed assets/verification/inventarisation, accruals of cost, Rent-free
  • participation in client meetings

It would be ideal to possess:

  • 2 years of experience in VAT and CIT tax control
  • very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
  • experience in organising the work of a subordinate team
  • experience in preparing financial statements
  • very good knowledge of English
  • very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • you are well organised; independent and responsible
