2) Google Anlaytics

We have installed Google Analytics tools on our website. Use of these tools helps us understand how visitors use our website, and consequently allows us to improve the site based on the statistical data gathered, which are of an aggregate nature. Using Google Analytics, we collect information such as the source and medium of entry onto our website, behaviour on our site, and users’ devices, browsers, IP address, geographical and demographic data (age, sex) and interests. We do not associate such data with other information about visitors to our site. We have set the retention period for data at the user level and the level of events connected with cookie files at 26 months. After that time, such data are automatically deleted from Google Analytics servers. Moreover, out of concern for the confidentiality of the data of visitors to our site, we also use such functions as shortening (masking) of the IP address of the end-user devices of our users.

Because the supplier of the Google Analytics service is Google LLC in Mountain View, California , data concerning use of our website may be transferred to servers in the United States and stored there. Data are transferred to Google on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

3) YouTube

We embed video files on our site and allow videos to be played directly on the site. Use of this function entails the use of cookie files by the administrator of the YouTube service. Cookies are loaded only when the video is launched.

4) Association of data with specific users

You should recognize that information about a visit to our website may enter the possession of administrators of the foregoing tools or other websites, even when you do not have a profile in a given service. For example, if you visit our website when logged into Facebook, the administrator of that service may associate the visit to our site with your profile. Thus we also recommend before visiting our website to log out of social media sites or services.

VI. Disabling cookies and tools
