A communication hot line

HR Contact Center functions as a communication hot line where you can talk to an HR, management and communication expert about your current management problems, obstacles in communication you have encountered or any other internal communication and management challenges.

One of the greatest benefits of our solution is the ability to make a phone call almost "on the spot" with full confidentiality.

Do I need it?

HR Contact Center was created for companies facing multiple and dynamic management changes. The list of experts who can benefit from our service has no end - managers, directors, board members, change management experts, internal communication specialists. We also address this service to HR teams, which oftentimes search for opportunities to support themselves with the so-called "second opinion" on a given issue.

What can we talk about?

Planning difficult feedback for a team member (e.g., implementing a remediation plan, implementing a development plan).

Our support

We have divided our service into two options:

OPTION NO. 1

Subscription in which you have the opportunity to make 3 appointments each month in different time intervals (30 or 60 minutes).

OPTION NO. 2

One-time support to discuss problems and plan possible solutions and next steps with KR Group.

How it works:

Before the first consultation, we will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire with fundamental information about your company and your team.
Next, you make a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment with Magdalena Brzus. In the title of the invitation/event write "HOT LINE" and the name of your company, and in the main text of the invitation briefly state the topic you would like to discuss.
