Preliminary information We have installed a video monitoring system on the premises of KR Group Sp. z o. o., the operation of which is related to image registration and processing of personal data, in particular the image of people, time, and place of recording.

Purpose and legal basis for data processing We have installed a video monitoring system to ensure the safety of people staying on our premises and to protect our property. We process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6 [1][f] of the GDPR).
Area and scope undergoing video surveillance Video monitoring covers the building of our headquarters and common areas inside the building: reception, staircase, corridor, elevator, and garage. The places covered by video monitoring have been marked with a graphic information board. The video monitoring system only records and saves video, without sound, and the recorded videos are overwritten automatically when the disk's memory is full. The recorded videos are available for a period no longer than 20 days.
Recipients of your data Registered images containing personal data may be transferred only to entities authorized to obtain such data on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. police, prosecutor's office, courts.
Your rights You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to its processing and the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
