She specializes in many topics concerning VAT compliance, particularly the correct and comprehensive settlement of VAT by Polish and foreign companies operating in Poland. She has experience in supporting international and Polish clients from industries such as: food, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive.
She leads projects on:
- registration for VAT tax purposes, Intrastat, Eori, special OSS and IOSS procedures;
- advisory in practical rule applications and tax risk assessment within VAT tax settlement;
- representing clients during contact with tax authorities, in verification activities, or tax audits;
- support in the scope of excise tax.
