At the end of April, the Ministry of Finance announced a new implementation date for the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). The planned new implementation date is the 1st quarter of 2026.
Currently, the technical documentation related to this product has been removed from the government website, and the KSeF Payer application has also been disabled. We would like to inform you that until the Ministry provides the final version of the system, its assumptions, and technical documentation, we are compelled to suspend all work on it. According to the information available to us, the Ministry is working on a new approach to the topic, so technological changes are certain.
As soon as we receive this information, we will inform you about further steps for implementing the system in your company.
