Specialist in the scope of tax law, licensed tax advisor (entry number on the list of tax advisors nr 12843). She has been involved in taxes for over 8 years. At KR Group, she supports the Tax team, which operates in two areas: tax compliance and tax advisory; particularly in the areas of VAT, CIT, WHT, real estate tax, PCC. On a daily basis, she supports clients from various industries, including: fuel, cosmetics, and FMCG.

She leads projects on:

• Ongoing advice in the scope of tax law, including: CIT, PIT, VAT, PCC and real estate tax.
• Preparation of tax opinions.
• Comprehensive handling of withholding tax issues (preparation of WHT refund applications or applications for the so-called WHT preference opinion).
• Analysis of existing arrangements in companies in terms of MDR tax schemes.
• Creation of internal procedures concerning tax schemes or due diligence in VAT or WHT.
• Training of accounting teams at companies on changes in tax law, withholding tax or tax schemes.
• Representation of clients before tax authorities, as well as before administrative courts.
