Łukasz Kempa

Tax advisor, director of the Tax Advisory Department at KR Group. Expert in corporate income tax and international taxation. He specializes in corporate tax issues, particularly withholding tax, foreign controlled companies, tax on shifted profits, international taxation, tax settlement procedures and reporting of tax schemes. He has extensive experience working for clients in the logistics, oil and gas, real estate development and financial industries.

He leads projects on:

• Tax strategy and reporting on the implementation of the tax strategy.
• Ongoing tax consulting, especially in the area of CIT (tax reviews, withholding tax - WHT, foreign controlled companies, tax on shifted profits, activity in special economic zones, Polish Investment Zone);
• Consulting for Polish and foreign clients related to tax incentives, such as activities in special economic zones, Polish Investment Zone.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Author of articles in daily press and articles in foreign specialty press. Academic lecturer.
