She also oversees payroll strategy and operations, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and integration of payroll with broader HR systems.
Author of articles and a speaker on Recruitment Trends, 8 Forum Employer Branding, HR for Desert, CRASH Mondays, ReBrain Meetup, Tuesdays with IT recruitment and Employer Branding in practice. She has certificates: Assessor for Assessment & Development Centre (CAADC) and CoachWise Essentials Program.
She leads projects on:
- creating organizational structures
- creating and optimization of HR processes
- implementing HR and internal communication tools (HRM, LMS, ticketing, Intranets on SharePoint and Confluence)
- conducting satisfaction and commitment surveys
- supporting team building in teams
- supervising and integrating payroll systems and processes with HR functions;
- aligning renumeration strategies with business objectives;
- conducting HR & payroll audits for new clients, verifying the correctness of payroll component calculations, basis for sick leave, benefits, holiday leave, holiday allowance, overtime, and the compliance of storing personal files in accordance with law;
- conducting audits of work regulations, remuneration and other internal regulations, as well as of employment contract templates along with other HR & payroll documentation;
- supporting foreign clients, who are just starting their activities on the Polish market, in building the entire HR & payroll process within the company in accordance with Polish labor law;
