- supporting domestic and foreign entities in all ongoing affairs concerning commercial law;
- introducing foreign entities onto the Polish market, as well as liquidation and supporting entities in bankruptcy proceedings;
- development and implementation of company structures in line with client needs while taking tax perspectives into account;
