Janusz is an expert in finance and accounting with many years of experience in audit, business consulting, and controlling. Since 2012, Janusz has been building and leading large accounting teams in the SSC / BPO sector. In his current role, he heads the Accounting Department, managing a team of over 100 people. He has extensive experience in providing financial and accounting services to entities in the IT, technology, services, and pharmaceutical industries. In his work, he takes full responsibility for accounting, tax, and reporting processes. Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Finance and Banking.
He leads projects on:
- ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and statutory obligations, including: preparation of VAT and CIT returns, as well as other reports required by the CSO, National Bank of Poland, or Intrastat;
- comprehensive bookkeeping services for Clients;
- optimization of financial and accounting processes in BPO / SSC organizations;
- preparation of all financial statements related to the financial year-end, in accordance with the Polish Accounting Act, IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and FUND GAAP standards, as well as consolidated financial statements and management reports;
- supporting company boards in providing reliable financial data and analysis by using the latest IT tools.
