VAT Compliance specialist. She has been supporting domestic and foreign entities in the comprehensive handling of VAT settlements for over 6 years. At KR Group, Beata deals with: the analysis of documentation ensuring the applicability of a 0% rate, or the identification of tax risks associated with cross-border supplies of both goods and services. On a daily basis, she supports clients from various industries, including: global leaders in the airline industry, cosmetics, or artificial intelligence for business.

She leads projects which concern:

• the complex settlement of VAT, from the moment of business scheme analysis and registration, to ongoing support in submitting all declarations and letters required by law;
• representing the client before Polish tax administration authorities during tax audits or tax control;
• representing clients from the e-commerce industry in the context of simplified procedures of settling VAT, i.e. OSS for taxpayers with headquarters in EU and IOSS for taxpayers from third countries, who decided to choose Poland as their country of identification;
