Expiry of obligations under commercial space lease agreements

During the period of the ban on operating in commercial facilities with a sales area of more than 2000 m2, the mutual obligations of the parties to the lease, tenancy or other similar agreement by which the commercial space is cast into use expire. Therefore, it is possible to exclude these commercial spaces from the calculation of the minimum tax for the period in which the ban on operating is introduced.
