For nearly a decade, Mateusz has been supporting outsourcing clients in payment management, cash management, and bank account administration. He has broad expertise in supporting companies from various industries, including commercial real estate, retail, technology, and manufacturing.
Projects:
- managing treasury operations for entities investing in Poland and the CEE region;
- opening and administration of bank accounts for domestic and international entities, including within group structures;
- comprehensive payment processing in multi-bank and multi-currency environments;
- building and managing operational teams in BPO/SSC environments, with a focus on service quality, process continuity, and automation.
Before joining KR Group, Mateusz spent 10 years in management roles in payments and operations departments within a global back office, leading teams supporting European corporate clients.
