Marta has been associated with HR & payroll for 16 years. She has the ability of operating in a dynamic environment. She earned her experience through work in international professional service companies. She supports international clients starting their operations in the Polish market in the implementation of all HR & payroll processes within the company in accordance to Polish law. She cooperates with IT and accounting departments in the field of HR and payroll migrations to the Enova365 System.
She leads projects for international and Polish clients, including:
- initiating, optimizing improvements and introducing new solutions in the area of HR and payroll
- building extensive HR and payroll reports for accounting and financial control departments
- extensive payroll renumeration accounting files divided into employee cost centers
- accounting files for the Company Social Benefits Fund, divided into employee cost centres
- implementation of new clients and cooperation with global platforms for transferring HR and payroll data
- integration of the Enova365 HR and payroll system with foreign global HR & payroll data transfer platforms
- integration of work time reporting systems (T&A) with the Enova365 system
- conducting payroll audits for new clients, i.e. analyzing the correctness of parameterization and calculation of payroll components, the correctness of the basis for sickness benefits, holiday pay, holiday equivalents, overtime pay
- analysis of the correctness of staff documentation
- support for foreign companies in registering a company in Poland as a foreign employer in order to employ Polish employees.
